True Growth Lab provides digital marketing consultancy and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed upon in writing between True Growth Lab and the client before work begins.
Digital marketing involves many variables beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithm changes, and client-side factors. While we apply our expertise diligently, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes from any service we provide.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their business, timely feedback on deliverables, and any access credentials needed to perform agreed-upon work. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
Upon full payment, deliverables created for the client (such as ad copy, designs, and website content) become the property of the client. True Growth Lab retains the right to use anonymised case studies for portfolio purposes, unless the client requests otherwise.
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the proposal or contract.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the business relationship.
True Growth Lab's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as defined in the service agreement. The client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
